This blend was created to address stress, anxiety, overthinking, and the need to connect with body when dealing with pain. It showcases my current trending favorite plant medicines to work with including Melissa & Copaiba.
We’ll notice the more we work with aromatherapy, relationships with certain plants, scents, and needs ebb and flow. Trust your instincts and allow yourself to go all in hardcore with a certain scent, or to let it be forgotten on the shelf and show up later when it is calling. Normally I create potent blends, I like my coffee, tea and oil scents strong! But with this creation I was called to be a bit more subtle, and find myself spraying it often over my body for a chill check and over my coats to keep them fresh and clean. Always be creative with how you use your potions and where you place them; in any given ritual, intentional placement is key. Just be sure to keep oils out of direct sunlight or extreme temperatures.
